My chair was delivered with multiple faults. When reporting this to Posturite they took 1 week to arrange replacement parts but I have to wait 1 month for an engineer to fix it. Until then its still in a huge box taking up loads of space in my flat.

- The right arm of the chair is loose and wobbly. This was noticed by the engineer who delivered it who tried to tighten it, then just handed it over.
- On the bottom the left arm there is a 'R' for right
- On the bottom the right arm there is an 'L' for left
- Where the right arm is screwed onto the chair there is a crack along the plastic
- When trying to align the loose left arm, it doesn't even align similarly to the right arm, leading me to believe that one of the arms is not even for this model of chair

I took pictures of all of these faults but every time I try to attach a photo to the ‘report a damaged item’ form it loads to 99% then shows an error. As this is a mandatory field I have was unable to complete the form.

I emailed and had to wait a week for a reply.

I received a chair for my workstation, the consultation was friendly and efficient, I was kept well informed through the delivery phase. The set-up and instruction was detailed, friendly and professional.

Quick set up and put it in the room I asked. Forgot he was here most of the time because he was so quiet. Good recommendations on who to contact for support and set up etc.

I have no complaints on this service. The chair arrived very quickly and the gentleman who set it up was very informative, friendly and efficient. I was kept informed every step of the way from when the order was placed, expected delivery date, confirmation of delivery date and time. I also received a call prior to arrival to inform me the chair would arrive in an hours time so I knew for certain when to expect them

sent faulty items, desk damaged on rote apparently. The delivery guy fixed the chair outside the house as he refused to take off his shoes to come inside to do the job, causing scratches to the arms and castors, which were dirty too. the chair was faulty too, the levers didn't work as expected and the backrest was stuck for some reason. very unpleasant experience overall. finally, posturite didn't inform me to say someone is coming to collect the faulty chair, some guy turned up at my door out of the blue to say I have come to collect something, he had no idea who sent him and what he was meant to collect.

The chair that was delivered as used, the box was gaping open on delivery the seat base has a lug broken off it. I reported it last Wednesday 18th January, but nobody has since replied...very poor customer service

Initial assessment was good, the customer service from then onwards wasn't the best. The report didn't load onto the portal, when I tried chasing this up, the assessor wouldn't re-send the report, apparently due to GDPR? Even though my name was on the report and email (if that's not identifiable then I don't know what is). There was a delay in my company ordering the equipment due to this which isn't great when you've got a bad back. It seemed a bit extreme as it was only an assessment for a desk chair. It took nearly two months to receive my order following the initial assessment. Advice for the future is to improve the portal, have direct ways of providing information to the customer rather than passing them from person-to-person.

High quality ergonomic chair delivered speedily and without any problems. The office chair is very comfortable, is fully adjustable and provides good back support. I went to this company as they previously supplied me with an office desk (as I am a homeworker) which is also of excellent quality, sturdy and durable. I would definitely recommend their products.
